If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered same day and it arrived on time. It was a fair price and from the photo, the arrangement appeared as expected. I am very happy with the experience from order, the flower arrangement to the service. I highly recommend!
