Joanne went above and beyond to create a positive experience! I ordered flowers for pickup not realizing the shop didn’t open until noon. I contacted her to see if she could accommodate an 11:45 pickup for a surprise birthday celebration which was taking place at noon (right around the corner). Not only did she create a beautiful arrangement for my friend she met me outside her new store in the midst of a move which is stressful in it of itself! I’m very grateful for the fabulous customer service and will definitely order from Flowers Your Way again!
